Shipping policy
Every order ships free, worldwide.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed by our supplier warehouses within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information when the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times
Standard delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on your country and how quickly your local postal service clears customs. Remote destinations can take a little longer.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no handling fees added at checkout.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authority. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us.
Tracking
Use the Track order page with your order number and the email you ordered with to see the latest status of your parcel.
Returns and refunds
A 30-day return window on unworn and unused items.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them, with any tags still attached.
Starting a return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and the next steps by email. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we refund the order total to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Message us and we will arrange an exchange where stock allows, or issue a refund so you can place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right at no cost to you.
Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order.
What we collect
Your name, email address, shipping address, order details, and any message you send us through the contact form or by email.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, provide tracking updates, answer support requests, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it
Our store platform Wix processes orders, payments and customer records on our behalf, and payment providers handle your card details. Shipping partners receive only the information needed to deliver your parcel.
Cookies
This site and the checkout use cookies and similar storage to keep your cart, remember your preferences and measure how the site is used. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us with the email address you ordered with.

Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in the store currency and include the product cost only. Shipping is free. We may cancel or refund an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Wix and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Product information
We do our best to describe every item accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and sizes are listed as provided by the manufacturer.
Availability
Stock levels are shared with our supplier warehouses and can change quickly. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store operates, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
